To keep costs lower for you we don’t make any money on the delivery charges. The stock delivery charge for DPD is £7.99 per delivery.

All of our food is prepared and cooked in a high quality industrial kitchen that’s been designed to allow for maximum quality in your order. Our team of chiefs are an extremely professional and well seasoned (hah) bunch. Once a week they will get the list of all the prep meal orders that have been placed and batch make the the lot before packing and sending them out for delivery the same day. No frozen nonsense. Not here.

Whether you’re bulking up, loosing weight or just keeping it level, we believe that your food should taste fantastic every time. That’s why we don’t add any additional preservatives or unnecessary junk to your meals.
